Local paramotor pilots use a farmer land to take off and land but the use is restricted. You need a sort of permit to be able to use a specific location for flying a paramotor. Local pilots will have one.
Your wing need to be registered in your homecountry, and have a certificate of airworthiness. The registration sign must be sticked in your wing (minimum height 50 cm)
Your wing need a valid inspection following the time schedule of the manufacturer.
As a foreigner you also need a permit to fly.
